Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is well-known American actress. Kellie Martin has appeared in numerous TV shows, such as "Christy" which is a story of a girl named Christy Huddleston. Kellie Martin is most well-known for her part as a protagonist in the Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Martin was born to an employee of a department store and a kindergarten instructor. The actress began her acting career in the age of seven when her Aunt, who was a nanny in Michael Landon's family, helped Martin get a part as a guest star on the 1982 television series Father Murphy. In the years following the time of her Yale University graduation, she began to concentrate on acting and was able to secure significant roles on the film and television industries. Martin was also a photographer and a dancer. Martin is the mom of two, and also the official spokesperson for Lupus. Following her 19 year old sister's passing, Martin has worked to spread awareness of the condition.
